Review: Revlon Color Burst Matte Lip Balm in Sultry

Today I am going to review one of my favourite product which I have been using for about 2 years now and my love for this product is constantly increasing. It is my holy Grail. By now you all might be wondering what is that thing I'm blabbering about, it is Revlon color burst matte lip balm in shade sultry.

MY TAKE ON REVLON COLOR BURST MATTE LIP BALM:

Its is one of the prettiest shade that I have come across especially for brown skin tones. When it comes to lip product very few drugstore brand are doing good in that department but Revlon has always step up their game either it be a foundations, mascara or lip products.

So the first thing I usually notice about any product is its packaging. Its comes in a standard twist up crayon or you can say in a jumbo lip pencil style. The color of the packaging is same as the shade of the lip balm. All in all the packaging is pretty decent and attractive.

Its has a minty scent (which I love of course). Its application is very easy. Its texture is very velvety and glide on smoothly on lips. A very pigmented product and also very moisturizing. Does not accentuate dry patches on lips. It is suitable for any occasion whether it be a wedding or a casual party or even for every day use for work place or college.

It has a creamy formula and works pretty well in term of longevity but also it longevity depends upon the kind of food you have. It is not totally transfer prove, it has a very little bit of transfer. Only one coat of this product covers all the depigmentation of the lips and the best part of this product is that its reapplication is very easy and does not look cakey or cracky. I wont say that this product is very affordable but you get quite a decent amount of product which last very long.

I would highly recommend you all to try this product as you get this high quality product in reasonable prize rate. It also have 9 other amazing shades.

Review: Lashes by Sonrie Hunaina

I have just started blogging and most of the brands dont't even know I exist but recently I received a dm from CEO of sonrie hunaina  which is a company that sell synthetic lashes, extensions and wigs. (you can find them on insta under the name "sonrie hunaina")  Hunaina Rasool is the founder oh this company and she told me that she will be sending me one of the lashes from her new collection for reviewing.

I was really over whelmed as you all can surely guess but let me tell you all beforehand that this review will be non biased and entirely true. I'll be giving my honest opinion.

First thing that usually gets me is the quality of packaging, their packaging is really attractive and simple. Matte black cover with their handle on top. The drawer that contain lashes slides out and you can even store your lashes after using them.

They are CRUELTY FREE which is a plus plus for me. Their lashes are mink fur lashes and made of 100% original MINK FUR.

They have different styles from very natural ones to really dramatic ones. 

The ones I was sent are called MUGHAL. These are the most dramatic and full ones they own.

Just look at these beauties the volume is like so glorious. I tried them out and they are super soft and light weight (which is a very big deal for me seeing how really full they are). They are 3D which you can guess pretty well just by looking at that VOLUME.

I don't think you can wear them on daily basis but if you are going to a party and wanted to make a bold statement these surely be the ones to help you or may be you are sophisticated and dauntless enough to rock them everyday, one can never guess. They made my eyes look bigger and made my eye makeup stand out even more. Their band is very thin so it doesn't show and could be blended with your natural lashes just by applying some liner.

The best part is they are super affordable and breathtakingly beautiful. When I first received them I was just sitting there staring at these beauties like some crazy person ( you'll get it only if you are a make up junkie like me). Another super amazing thing is that they are wearable up to 25 times and even more if you take really care of them. 

I will highly recommend their page as you are getting A quality product at such affordable price. If you don't wanna wear something this fearless (because you are chicken like me) they have many other designs to choose from too.

Review: CORIS Spectrum SC Gel

Karachi is the kind a city where sun is at its peak throughout the year and you can get tanned like crazy. When I say tanned I didn't mean like really gorgeous shade of brown but a very non flattering discoloration you skin gets. If I talk about myself, my skin is very sensitive and can get easily tanned. So I avoid going to outdoor parties and beaches. Five months ago I visited to my dermatologist and I was shocked when he told me that how much the sun has damaged my skin. We all know that the UV rays not only darken our skin but also cause aging, gives wrinkles and what not. My dermatologist then suggested me a sun block. So today, I am going to share my experience with Coris Spectrum SC gel sebum control sunblock SPF 60. According to me it is one of the best sunblock available in Pakistani market at reasonable price.

MY TAKE ON SPECTRUM SC GEL:

According to me this product totally stand by what they said. I am fully in love with it. This product give excellent protection against sun. Since I started using it my skin doesn't got tanned at all. I even went for a beach party and i was exposed to extreme sun about 8-9 hour and reapplied it just once but my skin didn't got tanned not even 1%, since then i am in love with this product even more.

The other reason to love this product is that it is not at all greasy and doesn't leave a white cast after application which I usually face problem with other sunblocks. Its other benefit is that it is non comedogenic which means it will not clog your pores so causes no breakouts I also think it works best for makeup lovers as it gives easy application of makeup over it. It is of yellow color and have a thick consistency but it feels light on skin.

For me this products have done wonders so I totally recommend you guys to try this out. Two pea sized amount is enough for the whole face. I would also recommend you guys to reapply it, if you are planning to stay longer hours in sun. The only con for me is that its packaging is not that appealing but otherwise the product is exceptional.

Review: 24k gold serum by Spa In a Bottle

I love serums and since I saw all beauty gurus using farsali's rose gold elixir I'm kind of obsessed with the idea of serums with real gold specks in them. I wanted yo buy one forever and i can't (even in my dreams) afford farsalis one so when I stumbled upon a page on facebook called Spa In a Bottle and saw they have 24k gold serum I became very excited.

The only problem was that description of the product told me that its a blend of different oils. My skin type is oily and my face produce enough oil on it's own without me having to add more to it. khair when I read read customer reviews, everyone seems to love their products so I ignored my gut and went with ordering it.

Well you can say it was one of the best decision of my life (and trust me I make few). Their serum has replaced my daily moisturizer, day cream and even primer. My skin gets dry even though its oily and it is not a common knowledge that oily skins need proper moisturizing or else it produce excess oil which can clog pores and cause acne.

When applied, this serum gives subtle glow

It has real gold specks in it which is so exciting. It has done so much for my skin. It makes my pores look smaller. I had so much acne marks and just after a week I saw visible improvements. It keeps my skin hydrated throughout the day and even out my skin tone ( disclaimer: no it doesn't make you gora)

It came in a bubble wrap which i have kept safe ( after bursting them all obviously) so that I can travel with it as it came in a glass bottle. It has a dropper and two drops are enough for whole face. I directly apply it on my face using dropper. The best about it that it smells heavenly. It has such a subtle and nice scent.

I'll highly recommend it.
